It’s no secret that Allan Pineda Lindo, better known as Apl.de.Ap, came from humble beginnings. And yet, despite his success with the Grammy Award-winning Black Eyed Peas, he continues to credit those who helped him along the way and pay it forward with every opportunity given to him through the Apl.de.ap Foundation International (APLFI).

The latest in its endeavors is a partnership with the Asia Development Bank where the artist-turned-philanthropist signed a memorandum of understanding to electrify the local transport sector.

Part of the project includes educating Filipino students on electric vehicles and converting our existing jeepneys.
